I accompany women and men during times of reorientation, upheaval and inner crisis – when life poses questions that demand depth and genuine change.
With a unique combination of integral systemic coaching, psychological counselling and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, I support my clients in getting back in touch with themselves – mentally, emotionally and physically.
This creates space for clarity, healing and sustainable growth.
I offer individual sessions or coaching packages of several months.
The sessions are hold online via zoom or offline in my practice or at the client site.
