What is Conscious Guidance?
I am guiding you through a transformational process with the most efficient methods. You will find your true nature, your true essence, your highest identity. We will work on conditioning, beliefs, shadows, traumas and break down old patterns.
The connection of mind and body is essential in my work. In order to reach your intention or your personal growth goals, it is key to integrate what you have learned.
The goal is to become the best and healthiest version of yourself, your highest identity. It is also really fun to do identity work.
Sometimes i have client who don’t know who they really are, in truth, as they reached a huge distance to their true nature and origin.
It is my soul’s desire to guide you to the true essence of your being. To live a life in alignment with your true nature and intention is what i call the highest identity.
Conscious Presence
Whether you are in a personal growth situation or bring a specific topic to the session, I am here for you and will listen. I will listen to your thoughts and what your unique intention is. Together we work on something that will be truly magical for you as we will listen to your soul’s desire.
Liberation through Expansion and Expansion through liberation. By freeing ourselves from physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bonds, we can expand our awareness.
My goal and my wish is to bring you fully in your I AM presence. Into a state where you can really enjoy yourself and set off on the path to bliss.
Self reflection
To become a better version of yourself it is a real good step into self reflection, self awareness and get the self esteem you always wanted. Together we work on your highest identity and the true nature of you.
We will identitfy what is blocking you from your personal growth. We will do a “Reality Check” and focus on the main topics that keeps you away from being happy.
Healing past traumas
We all have traumas and we are are damaged from childhood, conditioning, programming and experiences. We have the possibility to either live with it or heal it. I am convinced that if we heal the traumas, more of our true essence will come alive and that we have the chance of living a live with lightness and fulness.
Intimate relationships
Relationships can bring up many questions and entanglements.. Dive deeper with me and get the best out of your relationships. Re-connecting is an important practice in my work.
Liberation
I want you to free yourself and become the real you, to get to know you and to finally live the life you wish for and/ or your dreams to become true.
I work with the best manifestation methods I know and you will be amazed of what is possible to become your highest identity.

I work with you on your highest goal to become the female leader you always wanted to be. Female leadership is different than male leadership and I want you to benefit from my knowledge to become the true leader you are.
